In 2022, Mongabay-India launched a podcast to share stories about biodiversity, climate change, natural resources, and their links with our lives. I conceptualised the channel, created the branding, and managed the podcast distribution platform.
Wild Frequencies
Shreya Dasgupta and I jointly reported, scripted, and hosted a three-episode miniseries about bioacoustics research in India, where scientists use sounds to understand and conserve the natural world. I commissioned Abhijit Shylanath for sound design and production and Hitesh Sonar for original artwork for podcast platforms and social media promotions.
GigaWhat
Mayank Aggarwal and I created GigaWhat for the Clean Energy series, a ten-episode series exploring India’s renewable energy journey. Mayank hosted the show, I scripted and produced it, and Tejas Dayanand Sagar audio-edited it.
Imprints
Contributing Editor Sahana Ghosh interviewed five scientists from India to highlight the importance of paleoscience in understanding our current climate and biodiversity in the context of climate change. I co-produced five episodes of the series and designed the artwork.
